The GCDems bylaws were last approved by the membership in 2022. Throughout 2024 and early 2025, the GCDems executive committee has been reviewing and proposing amendments to the bylaws. We have rewritten sections bringing language in line with NHDP guidelines, and we have also amended the bylaws to reflect our current practice.
We are now asking the GCDems membership to approve the bylaws. We are providing you with the current 2022 bylaws, a draft with the proposed amendments, and a final clean draft if the amendments are approved. Voting closes on May 5.
